Who we are
Poncelin de Raucourt Fine Arts (PDRFA), represented by Diederick Poncelin de Raucourt, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: diederick@pdrfa.com.
What we collect
Only the information you choose to send us through our forms: your name, email address, professional details, the content of your message and, for auction house submissions, photographs and documents relating to the artwork.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to assess and carry out the professional assignment you request. We never sell your data. You are only added to our newsletter if you explicitly opt in.
How it is stored
Messages are handled through our email and contact management provider (Brevo). Files submitted for auction house services are kept in private, access-restricted storage and are never published; access is limited to PDRFA.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting assignment, and thereafter only as required by law or for the defence of legal claims.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to diederick@pdrfa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Analytics
We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics and store the page through which you first arrived in your browser's local storage, without cookies, to understand how visitors find us.
